Now that it is getting cooler we will be doing some more baking.

In February all Home Ec. classes will be helping prepare food for the Sweetheart Dinner. They will be making homemade chocolate mousse cakes and pumpkin pies.  They also will be making homemade dinner rolls, double baked potatoes & helping in the kitchen on that evening. I am so proud of them...they are AWESOME !!!!

The 7th & 8th grade Home Ec. class will be going on their first fieldtrip of the year.  We will be going to Gerardo's Italian Bistro and they will learn how to make pizzas and even get to toss their own. 

They will be baking cinnamon rolls for a Home Ec. fundraiser.  Sales will start after Spring Break.  They will be available from 7:45 - 8:00 a.m. each morning.  Coffee will be available for adults too. Each large roll will cost $ 2.00 and the proceeds will go to Home Ec. supplies needed in our kitchen. Coffee is $ 1.00.

Please come out and support our Home Ec. Class.
